Ideal Garage Solutions Featured in This Year’s HOMEARAMA®

Started in 1962 to promote housing and the housing industry, HOMEARAMA® has become a Cincinnati tradition and the country’s premiere new home showcase. Ideal Garage Solutions is pleased to announce that our garages will be featured in this year’s HOMEARAMA® June 11-26 at the Oaks of West Chester. Please come visit us and see our best work on display in these magnificent homes!

Produced by the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Cincinnati, HOMEARAMA® hosts thousands of visitors each year, all curious about the latest trends in home design, construction, products and decorating.

There are a total of 12 lots included in the HOMEARAMA® section of the Oaks at West Chester, an 85-acre master planned community situated along the picturesque tree canopy of Barrett Road, minutes away from shopping and restaurants at the Streets of West Chester and the new Liberty Center mixed used development. Several golf and country clubs are also located nearby. Other amenities include a clubhouse, cabana, two swimming pools, playground, and hiker/biker trails. Homes will be priced between $650,000 and $850,000.

In 1962, the first HOMEARAMA®, at Millbrook in Finneytown, charged an admission of 50 cents and featured homes ranging in price from $17,500 to $31,500. By 1977 at Strawberry Hill in Landen, homes ranged from $75,000 to $125,000. In 1980, the show at Beckett Ridge in Union Township introduced two-story rooms with open staircases, catwalks, hot tubs and built-in wine racks. By 1994, the homes at The Rollman Estate averaged $648,000. To see more about the history of HOMEARAMA®, click here.
